This past design week in Italy it’s been sooo nice. I’ve never seen Milan that busy !!!! Since I spent just two days there I decided to concentrate on two areas: Brera (my overall favourite) and Tortona, I regret I didn’t visit the Ventura – Lambrate since I saw so many nice things on Instagram.
Anyway here’s my Top Ten:
1/ INTERNO ITALIANO
Hidden in a little corner of Brera I discover this brand inspired by the Italian way of living and created by Giulio Iacchetti. Internoitaliano objects “enjoy a special status: they are happy objects, the fruit of a 50/50 joint effort between the designer who designed them and the craftsman who lovingly made them,” I think you can really tell by the look of them !!
2/GIOVELAB


GIOVELAB is a small but sparkling ceramic studio based in Trentino. They are inspired by simplicity and produce an unconventional table collection made of porcelain, stoneware and wood from their local land. I was absolutely in love with those little spoons and the all ceramic collections (the packaging is also very cute! Perfect for a nice present). You can order from their online shop.
